Olivier Bonville and Ferdinand Ruelle start their Odyssey in Avize: their historic home port.

It is in the heart of the Côte des Blancs that they have been working with Chardonnay for four generations, in the center of the village in the family winery. They produce Blanc de Blancs from historical plots rented from the family and neighbors, thus giving birth to the foundation of the Odyssey: five permanent cuvées, the pure and faithful expression of ancestral know-how in Avize.

But, their journey does not end there: every year, a cuvée of curiosity is born: Odyssey 319. Olivier and Ferdinand go on an exploration, to meet passionate winemakers, with the ambition of bringing back from their stopovers the fruit of the 319 villages of Champagne.
